I am trying to access a client located on a different node via IP address.

laptop 1 - node 1 <--> node 2 - laptop 2

Both laptops are connected via the secure ssid but they cant see each other. I guess this is to do with internal routing?

Any ideas on how I can get laptop 1 to see laptop 2?

Thanks,

Matt

You should use bmxd -c -a IP_laptop1/mask on node1 and bmxd -c -a IP_laptop2/mask in node2. This is a HNA announcement, right now is not implemented to use automatically in the firmware. If it doesn't work, check the firewall rules.

With bmxd -c -A IP/mask you delete the HNA announcement. The bmxd -c is to connect to an already running BMX, you can use -a in the initialization of the daemon.
