so, you say me that to try it with openwrt-atheros-ubnt5-squashfs.bin neither openwrt-atheros-root.squashfs ?
Yes, openwrt-atheros-ubnt5-squashfs.bin already contains the kernel and the rootfs.

Ok, I tried to flash the location5 with openwrt-ubnt5 image but the system AirOS detected bad firmware
Loco5 have this platform Atheros SOC, MIPS 4KC @ 180MHz (same as Pico2, Pico5, Loco2, Bullet2, Bullet5) and Nanostation5 this one Atheros AR2315 @ 180mhz
It is not the same platform and I created image
lx5-4.txt
kernel 0x01 0xBE030000 0x000D0000 0x80041000 0x80041000 openwrt-atheros-vmlinux.lzma
rootfs 0x02 0xBE100000 0x002C0000 0x00000000 0x00000000 openwrt-atheros-root-squashfs
./mkfwimage -i lx5-4.txt -v XS5.ar2313.OpenWRT-kamikaze -o nightwing_zapbslbeta2_v0.6beta4-loco5-squashfs.bin
XS5.ar2313
The system AirOS accepted this firmware
All seems good
I Can access in SSH root, nw_conf etc…
The server wifidog detect this locostation5 but the only one problem that is the red light (third led) is always open, why ?
I flashed pico2 and it’s ok, it’s work fine
